CONVENIENT CHILDREN AND ADULT CLASSES AVAILABLE 6 DAYS A WEEK
CHILDREN'S PROGRAM
Our childrens classes start from 5 years and up, and are organized by experience and skill level, both during the week and weekends. We stress discipline as well as a healthy life style while providing a fun and safe environment for the kids.
The basic curriculum stresses coordination, focus, and respect while learning a traditional art form, and valuable self defense skills and techniques. We strive to bring the most out of the children while maintaing a fun balance in class.
Starting right from the Basic Introductory Program, our curriculum guides children step by step through the technical material and eases them into the training and developing their martial art & physical skills, and our system of belts and levels teaches them how to set goals and go about achieving them.
Whether starting in our training program for children ages 5 -16, our young students learn far more than kicks and punches. Our training curriculum includes all the fun and exciting moves that kids love, and so efficiently gets them healthy and fit! Our School's teaching philosophy helps them realize that it's their newfound discipline, focus, and courage that's important.
ADULT PROGRAMS
Ready to get in shape, and learn how to defend yourself at the same time? Well Brooklyn Eagle claw has convenient adult classes for both beginners and those with experience!
Many of our adult students have little or no martial arts background before training at Brooklyn Eagle Claw, yet soon they're developing skills they initially thought would be difficult. We also have many focused and intent teens, who have found in Kung Fu a unique, athletic and interesting challenge. Our students tell us time and time again, that there is no other work-out or sport that accomplishes so much in such an efficient way. Truly the best of both worlds cardio and hard core training with a martial arts twist!!
Black Belt Leadership: This program is designed for our students who have set the goal of achieving the rank of Black Belt and higher in Northern Eagle Claw Kung-Fu. Emphasis is on mastering traditional Kung Fu and on gaining a wide variety of Martial Art knowledge. In this Black Belt program students will learn traditional empty hand forms, weapons, partner forms, "108 Locking Hand Techniques" and more. Master Perez, and his top instructors offer workshops and seminars to members of the Black Belt Leadership Program. These special classes provide students with insight and experience in many martial art concepts.
Combat Eagle Claw: This program is not for the tame at heart. For those that want pure self defense with a balance of solid core training, these classes are for you! Combat Eagle Claw is a concept developed by Master Perez for those looking to gain or enhance their fighting skills without traditional martial arts formalities The average Joe, or Jody will enjoy this class for the basic approach and practical street sense it brings.
Tai Chi Program: Tai Chi Chuan is one of the most popular and widely practiced internal martial arts practiced in the world today, due to its great health and relaxation benefits. Translated literally "chi"is internal energy, and in this class the goal is to be able to tap into yours. Tai Chi Chuan forms are done very slowly to promote relaxation, increase circulation, better balance, and loosening the joints, which can help in protecting against arthritis. With the proper diet and daily practice of Tai Chi Chuan it can help prevent, or reduce stress related diseases like high blood pressure, and heart disease.
